General Booking Conditions
Upon booking with us, we assume that you have read, understood and agreed to the below booking terms and Condition. On the terms, the word “you “ is refereed as the person who name that appeared on the boking and the word “we or us “is considered as Explore Africa Safaris. In other cases, if your booking on behalf of another person or agent, you must ensure that the person your booking on their behalf is aware of these bookings and conditions.
These terms and Conditions are being updated and revised periodically due to the changes in different circumstances that occur. The terms that are available at the time your booking are the valid terms.
We want you to have the unforgettable safari experience with us and we are here to ensure that happens.
Terms of Booking
- We considered a confirmed booking when you pay 30% or 50% of the total cost of the Safari tour package of your choice. During the high season, you may be required to pay up to 50% of payment. The high season are normally the busy season and Tourism in Tanzania are normally on the peak. The remaining unpaid percentage should be paid 20 days before the arrival date. If the full payment is not done 20 days before arrival, we reserve a right to cancel your holiday and pay compensation charges.
- The client booking a safari with us must be of above 18 years of age, and should agree to give full and accurate information as requested by our customer service provider.
- All Payments are confirmed when paid to our bank account as your tour operator and show a Bank Receipt that will be send after payment has been received in our banks in Tanzania. All payments for your safari should be done in US Dollars and please be aware that US Dollar notes made before 2006 are rejected in Tanzania.
- Airline tickets payment should be paid before the travel date to ensure arrangements are made and there are no inconveniences.
